The Epoxy Resin L + Hardener LT system is very suitable for bonding wood, metal and PS rigid foams such as Styropor®/Styrodur® due to its low surface tension, good adhesion and low hardening shrinkage. It can be processed with all common methods such as hand lamination, pressure and vacuum impregnation as well as pressing and winding.

Epoxy resin L, together with the hardener LT, has excellent mechanical properties, as required, for example, in aircraft construction. However, aircraft approval is not granted.

Processing time: 90 minutes (100 g / 20 °C)

Mixing ratio:
100: 25 parts by weight Epoxy Resin L: Hardener LT
100: 29 parts by volume Epoxy resin L: Hardener LT

Curing time:
24 hours at room temperature, followed by approx. 12 hours of hot curing at at least 60°C

Heat distortion temperature:
maximum 70 °C with polymerization 24 hours/23 °C
maximum 120 °C with further heat curing for 15 hours at 100 °C
